Join us for the annual Mount Prospect Tree Lighting Ceremony and Christkindlmarket on Wednesday, November 22. New this year, the holiday tree has moved to the Edwin and Elsie (Meyn) Busse Park (also known as the pocket park) across the street from Village Hall. The tree lighting ceremony will now take place in the pocket park, which is located at the intersection of Emerson St. and Busse Ave. Emerson St. will be closed from the parking garage to Busse Ave.

Hear the Prospect High School Madrigals sing holiday tunes and enjoy cookies and hot chocolate provided by the Mount Prospect Lions Club. Take a stroll inside Village Hall and see the wide assortment of holiday gifts for sale at the Christkindlmarket, sponsored by the Mount Prospect Special Events Commission. The Tree Lighting takes place at 5 pm and the Christkindlmarket is from 4 -7 pm in the Farley Community Room.
