From the band's website: Zydeco Voodoo plays a mix of traditional New Orleans music and popular rock and blues songs adapted to the Zydeco style.
The music gets the audience dancing, singing along and having a good time. Zydeco Voodoo is a family friendly band. We invite children and adults to come up on stage and participate by dancing or playing percussion instruments.
Sponsored by the Village of Mount Prospect, this free concert series is held on Centennial Green (50 S. Emerson Street). Pack a picnic or stop by a downtown restaurant before or after; the bands start at 6 PM. Free, parking available in the Emerson Street Parking Deck [between the library and Village Hall] and in the Chase Bank parking lot.
